This opportunity is in a clean, Covid aware and safe office environment. You will be working with the Marketing and Advertising department providing assistance to them and their focus studies. This will include an always changing routine and responsibilities. Such as standard office work, room set up for events, focus study assistance to attendees, monitoring and ordering multiple inventoried items.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7-3:30 pm.

List of job requirements.

• Greet visitors as they enter office setting
• Coordinate and participate in set up for small events
• Keep the office stocked with needed office supplies
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintain office equipment, and office assignments
• Assist with general office administrative work
• Office-related tasks

Individuals will need to be able to lift 25lbs frequently throughout the day

Individuals will need to be able to stoop and bend throughout the day

Individuals will need to have excellent communication skills including verbally and electronically

Individuals will be required to successfully clear both a background check and drug screen
