Prestige Technical is a leader in providing Lab Management Solutions to our growing list of clients.  We have an opening for a Entry Level Bench Chemist in one of our managed labs in Greater Cincinnati. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent grad with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Geology, or other sciences to begin and grow a career.

This individual will be trained to be responsible for producing data that will be used for R&D purposes on products that are destined for the consumer market. Our lab manager will provide you with the proper documented training to be able to execute a wide variety of bench-testing techniques. The R&D  lab operates Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

In addition, we will want you to:

Constantly learn new test procedures

Maintain material and sample inventories

Clean lab

Document testing and results in the database software

We are seeking an individual with all or most of the following:

Associate or bachelor’s degree.  Or minimally hands-on bench testing skills from classroom lab work

Classroom or on-the-job experience with bench-testing techniques 

Requires basic laboratory skills (use of balances, gram and pound conversion, yield accounting, equipment operation) in addition to job-specific skills you will be taught

Computer skills such as using Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment

Ability to lift 25lbs throughout the workday

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Ability to communicate effectively
