The Part-Time role for Office Support

We are seeking an individual who prefers to work 6-8 hours per day, five days a week. No weekends or nights in this role. The hours are 4pm to 10:30pm. In this role, you will be supporting our team of trainers and meeting planners.

• Greeting clients, assisting with sign-in and badging
• Check to make sure the meeting rooms are set up and all needed materials are available.
• Assist with food set up and keeping the area clean.
• Communicate attendee’s audio/video needs to your manager

Work experience in the following areas is preferred for this role:

Retail

Hotel

Banquet Services

Similar roles with a customer service mindset

• Good interpersonal skills – ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read and interpret verbal & written instructions, procedures & directions
• Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• This is an active position.  One will need to be on their feet most of the day and able to lift/move chairs and boxes.
