JOB DESCRIPTION: As a team member in the Customer Service Group you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, communicating with customers and the plant regarding orders, working with invoices and filing of orders.
One to two years related customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years recent experience receiving and processing orders
Be attentive to all details
Recent experience working with Word and Excel
Effective communications with customers, factory and internal staff members
Ability to clear a drug screen and criminal background check
