Job Description
The Patient Services Rep is responsible for general clerical, reception, patient check in and/or check out, patient registration, and customer service for the operation of the Covid 19 drive up testing center. The Patient Services Representative handles a high volume of sensitive medical, financial, and personal information on a daily basis
Job Requirements
This is a great opportunity for a lightly experienced recent grad of just about any medical training program. Any experience with EPIC is a big plus.
EPIC trained is desirable
Detail orientated
Organized
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and electronically
Able to work with organizing papers and paper file systems.
Able to stand for long periods throughout the work day
Able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs
Able to work outside. The temperatures will be hot as they are working on blacktop and at times in a tent.
